Preliminary Information
The contractual elements of the stay subscribed by the Traveler constitute an inseparable whole and cannot be interpreted in isolation or outside this whole.
These elements inform the Traveler of all the subscribed tourist services, so that they are fully aware of the Agency’s obligations as well as the ones they commit to.
The tourist stay offer is limited in time, depending on availability, and may vary in real-time due to circumstances beyond the Agency’s control, notably external, irresistible, and insurmountable events.
The Agency undertakes to inform the Traveler of any such variations, though this does not constitute a guarantee of outcome.
It is essential that the Traveler reads the entirety of this document and accepts its terms unconditionally.
The following are part of this document:
SPECIAL TERMS OF SALE
Legal Capacity
The Traveler acknowledges that they have the legal capacity to commit to the entire contract, specifically:
Price and Payment
Prices offered by the Agency are payable in Canadian dollars and are inclusive of all taxes (“T.T.C.”).
The price does not include any fees related to the payment method and/or delivery, which will be communicated to the Traveler.
The price displayed within the Agency’s premises is the one that prevails in case of dispute, and any erroneous or clearly negligible price display is non-binding to the Agency: if the Traveler does not agree to the correct price, the booking is void.
The price is firm and final at the time of the booking. However, due to currency fluctuations, local taxes, accommodation fees, and/or surcharges imposed by local transport or service providers, the price may be revised.
In such a case, the Traveler will be duly informed within the timeframe specified by current regulations. In exceptional cases, the Agency may not be held accountable if the notification timeframe is not observed, notably due to the proximity of the event affecting the price and the departure date.
The Agency is bound by the order once full payment is made within the specified timeframe. The Traveler can provide a deposit equivalent to half the value of the stay, which will be immediately credited to their account.
Failure to pay the full amount within the deadline will result in the deposit being returned under the terms described below.
For specific and temporary promotional operations, the Agency may require full payment of the stay on the day of booking, without the possibility of paying a deposit.
“Full payment” means payment credited to the Agency’s bank account within the timeframe specified by the Agency.
The following payment methods are accepted by the Agency:
Preliminary Administrative Formalities
As the Agency must comply with the formalities of the destination country, local authorities may require personal data concerning the Traveler and their dependent(s).
Refusal by the Traveler and/or their dependent(s) to provide this information will not result in any liability on the Agency’s part, and no refund will be issued for the deposit or the full amount of the stay.
Travelers of foreign nationality must inquire at their consulate and the consulate general of the destination country about the required identity documents for their stay.
Commitment to Respect Local Laws and Customs
The Traveler and their dependent(s) commit to respecting the laws and customs of the destination country so that the Agency is not held accountable or liable.
Any penalties, including fines or imprisonment imposed by local authorities on the Traveler and/or their dependent(s), will not be covered by the Agency, nor will there be any refund of the stay.
Insurance
The Agency recommends that its clients opt for the insurance offered at the time of booking.
Travelers who do not choose the insurance will be subject to the cancellation terms outlined on the registration form.
Baggage
The Traveler and their dependent(s) must refrain from transporting dangerous items, such as those that may be explosive, flammable, corrosive, oxidizing, irritating, toxic, or radioactive, as well as compressed gases or items prohibited by the destination country.
The carrier is responsible for any damage in the event of loss, deterioration, destruction of baggage, or delay in its delivery. Any complaint related to such incidents must be made directly to the carrier. The Agency cannot be held responsible for such claims.
